Why Us
To Customers: All of our chefs are highly trained and certified food manager certificate holders. We always customize special orders whichever way you want. If you don't see your favourite kind of sushi in our sushi case, please let us know and one of our chefs will create your kind of sushi. Most importantly, Sanitation is our first priority.
To Vendees / Facility Owners: Unlike most sushi companies, we use different kind of business strategy. We don't use warehouse to keep our sushi supplies. Instead, we order our supplies to major sushi suppliers such ad Wismettac Nishimoto, JFC and True World in weekly basis. Since we don't keep that kind of facilities, we don't have extra unnecessary expenses so that we can pay more commission to our Vendees. Moreover, we don't need to use too much space in our Vendee's facilities because our shipment comes every week while other companies receive their supplies in monthly basis. Also, our supplies are always fresh.
